Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and time of other guests, I kindly ask for a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within the 48 hour window will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Any deposit paid may be applied to this fee.
No show appointments or same-day cancellations without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Any deposit paid may be applied to this fee.
A card on file is required to reserve an appointment and may be used to process any cancellation or no show fees. Deposits will be applied towards your scheduled service total. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 48 hour window, the deposit will either be refunded to you or applied towards your next service, whichever you prefer.
I understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. If you are experiencing an emergency or conflict, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I value our relationship and will always do my best to handle these situations with understanding.
